Creamy Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 medium ripe bananas, frozen and cut into pieces (170 g.)
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk (or another non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. creamy unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and turn the blender to low speed. Gradually increase the blender speed until everything is smooth and creamy. (If your blender has a smoothie mode, you can use that instead.)
- Pour your smoothie into a large glass and enjoy!
Notes & Hints
If your blender is struggling to blend all your ingredients, you can add some additional milk.
